Privacy Notice
Last updated 5 November 2026
Aviation App ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, our customer portal and our services, why we use it, and the choices you have. We process personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its implementing rules and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
What we collect
- Inquiries and messages: your name, email address, phone number, the details of your trip, training or project, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Charter bookings: passenger names, nationality, date of birth and passport details where needed to operate a flight, meal and dietary preferences, mobility or medical assistance needs you ask us to arrange, and payment records.
- Customer accounts: your name, email address, phone number, password (stored only in scrambled form) and a record of what you do in your account, such as accepting a quotation.
- Technical information: your IP address, used to protect our forms from abuse, and the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to secure forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare quotations.
- To arrange and operate the flights, services and training you ask for, including sharing what is needed with the aircraft operator, crew, airports, ground handlers, caterers, transport providers and authorities.
- To issue invoices, record payments and meet our legal, tax and aviation-regulatory obligations.
- To keep our services and your account secure.
We rely on your consent when you send us a form, on the contract with you when we arrange a service, and on our legal obligations. Health information is used only for the assistance you ask for and only by the people who need it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with those who need it to provide your service: aircraft operators and their crew, airport, immigration and customs authorities, ground handling, catering, transport and medical providers, our email and hosting providers, and professional advisers. We do not sell personal information. Where a flight goes abroad, passenger details are shared with the authorities and providers at the destination as the trip requires.
Some pages load map tiles from OpenStreetMap, fonts from Google Fonts and a map library from unpkg; these services receive your IP address when your browser fetches them.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries that do not lead to a booking for as long as needed to follow them up, and booking, invoice and payment records for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
How we protect it
Access to personal information is limited to staff whose role needs it. Passport numbers are encrypted when stored, connections to the site are encrypted, and changes to records are logged.
Your rights
You may ask to be informed about, access, correct, object to the processing of, or ask us to erase or block your personal information, and ask for a copy in a portable format, subject to the limits set by law. Customers with an account can review and correct their passenger details in the portal. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
