These terms apply to your use of this website and of the customer portal operated by Aviation App ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.

Information on this site

The information on this site is general. Aircraft, flight times, destinations, training programs and services are described for information only. Availability, prices, program details and any approvals are confirmed in writing before you commit.

Inquiries and quotations

• Sending an inquiry does not book a flight, a training place or a service, and does not commit you or us to anything.
• A quotation is valid until the date shown on it and is based on the itinerary, timings and services it describes. Changes may change the price.
• A quotation is subject to the availability of the aircraft when you accept it.

Charter bookings

• A booking is made when you accept a quotation and is confirmed once the deposit stated in it is received. The balance is due by the date shown on your booking.
• Flights are operated by certified air operators. Each flight remains subject to the operator's operational approval, and the pilot in command may delay, divert or cancel a flight for safety, weather or regulatory reasons.
• Passengers must hold valid travel documents and follow the operator's rules on baggage, dangerous goods and conduct.
• Cancellation and change charges are those stated in your quotation or booking confirmation.

Flight academy and consultancy

Training is provided by the academy you enroll with, under its own terms, fees and approvals. Consultancy work is carried out under a scope and fee agreed in writing before it starts.

Your account

• Customer accounts are created by our team for our customers. Keep your password private; actions taken in your account, such as accepting a quotation, are treated as yours.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account to protect you or us.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: do not send false information, try to access other people's information, interfere with the site's security or operation, or send automated requests through its forms.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the site's general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
